Coastal
Smell the Sea

The smell of the sea for many of us evokes memories and sometimes dreams. This as an ongoing and developing collection of candid photographs that relate to the sea.
On the shore

A collection of shots taken during walks along the beach
Urban
Breathing the city

An ongoing project of street shots from Melbourne. Candid photographs of little slices of life. Aspects of daily life as it occurs, not staged and not posed. City life as I have interpreted through my camera. Moments that may only last a single breath in time.
Another story

Street photographs from locations I have visited other than Melbourne
Other projects
Ausflag

I started this project a couple of years ago and put it aside. I feel now November 2018 is a good time to re-start the project. This a project documenting how we use our flag and asking does this say something about us as Australians and our society.
The road

Images from road trips and other explorations
Together

This a project that is based on the traditional black and white candid photography approach. This project explores the relationship between people together in pairs or small groups, sometimes interrelating other times not. This series is now complete.
Leaving a mark
